First , install postinstallerf


Switch to root user
su

 cd to /etc/yum.repos.d/ directory.
and wget.

cd /etc/yum.repos.d/
wget https://raw.github.com/kuboosoft/postinstallerf/master/postinstallerf.repo

sudo dnf update

sudo dnf install postinstallerf

after install finish.open postinstallerf , search spotify

click the last one
